7- We ship through reputed courier companies only. We pack the items well reducing the chances of damage in the transit to almost nil. Even then, the buyer must check the contents of the parcel before the courier person. If anything is missing or broken, do not accept the delivery and return it to the courier person. Items once sold can not be take back.

8- If Warranty Offered  The Dealer / Manufacturer  warranty only covers the defects in the item that may be discovered during the first seven days of receipt of the item.(we will replace it with new one) The warranty doesn't include items broken or damaged due to mishandling by the buyer. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt and should reach us within 7 days of receipt in the original packing with all the original parts/components/contents/accessories. Any missing or damaged components will not be replaced.Returns delivery charges will be paid by buyer. Fees The Seller has no control or prior knowledge of State Taxes or Octroi that may be charged by your state. These taxes (if any) will be paid by the courier company and collected from the buyer on delivery. The buyer is responsible to pay these taxes.

Once delivered, no claim for a broken item can be entertained later on.
Delivery We normally ship within 1-2 days of clearance of payment but in some unforeseen circumstances your delivery may be delayed. In any such rare case, the buyer will be informed within 2 days explaining the reason for delay and the estimated date of dispatch.
